At The Mad Potters, we want to give back to the community that keeps our business thriving.

Take a peak below to get the 411 on how fundraising with The Mad Potter's works!

  • We look forward to working with groups of all categories - schools, athletic teams, youth organizations, etc!

  • Participants just need to present the official flier upon check-out and it can be shown as a print out or on a mobile device. The Mad Potter's will provide your organization with a flier that you may copy, email, etc.

  • 15% of the total sales will go back to your great organization and you will receive a check within four weeks of the last day of the fundraiser.

  • Each organization's fundraiser will run for one business week. The Mad Potter's is open Wednesday-Sunday, so folks may come in any time on these days, during regular business hours, and make a purchase - just remember to show the flier!

  • Qualifying purchases include: Paint-Your-Own Items, Gallery Pieces, The Ice Cream Bowl Class (all ages applicable) and miscellaneous hand building opportunities, such as pinch pots, plaques and mugs.

  • Gift certificates (purchases and redemption's), 5 and 10 hour classes, deposits for events and miscellaneous classes are excluded from fundraisers.

  • The Mad Potter's will host one organization per month August - May. Please note that we will host up to two organizations during the two-week Fall and Spring School Breaks yearly.

  • In order to provide a variety of groups the opportunity to fund-raise, no group can fund-raise two years consecutively. Requests to fund-raise will begin on June 1st  for the next year. A wait list will be formed, if necessary.
